Cyber Law College is a pioneer in Cyber Law Education in
India and has been conducting online courses in Cyber Laws for the last six
years. It has also been conducting offline courses in association with KLE Society's Law College in Bangalore, G K Law
College in Hubli, JSS Law College, Mysore and SDM Law College in
Mangalore.
The "Accelerated Mode" of the Certificate Course is a course
specially structured for professionals of Bangalore and will be conducted over
classes for 24 hours to be conducted on Weekends (May 12th, 19th, 26th and June
2) in Bangalore.
Classes will be held at Malleswaram Club, 11th Cross, Malleswaram,
Bangalore between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. The Course fee is Rs 6000/- and includes
course material, Lunch and Coffee.
Certificate in Cyber Laws (India) from Cyberlawcollege is
a Course meant to provide an in-depth understanding of Cyber Laws
as applicable in India.
Who should take this Course?
This course is meant for Lawyers, Chartered
Accountants, Information Security Professionals and E-Commerce Professionals.
Engineering professionals and in particular Civil Engineers are also expected to
benefit from the course.
Entry Criteria:
The Course is recommended for graduates in
any discipline. Before taking up the course, students are requested to study
the Course contents and decide their own requirement and capability for timely
completion of the course.

How the Course is Conducted:
-The Course will consist of around 24 hours of class room teaching in four
different seminar modules as follows.
Module 1: Technology Aspects of Cyber Laws, Digital Signatures and
Digital Contracts
Module 2: Intellectual Property Laws applicable to Virtual Properties.
Module 3: Information Technology Act 2000 with the Proposed Amendments.
Module 4: Application of Cyber Laws in Information Security..Data
Protection, Cyber Forensics and Cyber Law Compliance Audits
Tests will be held at the end of modules 1, 2 and
Examination will be held along with Module 4.
Successful
candidates would be issued Certificates as "Certificate in Cyber Laws" with
appropriate grades.
